Olsens is the best place to get a car from. They are friendly and are willing to help you. They are willing to sit down with you and talk about the car. They will let you test drive the car to see if you want it. They are very helpful to everyone.
My experience at Olsen's Outdoor Power was great. When I walked into the door I did not have to wait, it was fast, friendly, and all smiles. The processes was fast and hassle free. My car was ready and I was on the road before I even knew it. Ryan Hess, was the gentleman that helped me he was very helpful and pleasant . He explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend any of my family or friends to shop locally and enjoy the experience I had. Thank you all so much.
I Bought a new Can-Am Defender HD10 with a bunch of accessories. They Had all my stuff on it and ready to go in no time. They also had a good area to test drive it before I bought it.
Outstanding experience buying a used Polaris Ranger. Jodi helped us pick one out and really did help. She knows her stuff. Not only did she know her equipment, she was also able to listen to what we were wanting, and then match our needs with what was available. Although we went looking for something different, she was able to give us a better match with equipment for what we wanted to do. Can't speak highly enough for her. The delivery guy showed up a little early, actually. He was just as helpful and professional as well. Having used the Ranger now, it was the right choice for us and it is working super well.
I recently purchased a 2012 Harley Davidson Road King with only 8000 miles from Olsen's Outdoor Power. I took the bike for a test ride. It ran well but I did notice a noise coming from the engine. I brought it to the attention of Olsen's Outdoor Power and they seemed to think this would be a minor expense to remediate(compensator sprocket)after speaking with a local mechanic. I decided to purchase the motorcycle, especially since this seemed to be a reputable dealership. I then brought it to my mechanic who discovered it was not the compensator but rather flywheel runout which requires a complete dismantle and rebuild of the engine($2000). He also discovered that the low beam headlamp was out and would need to be replaced($350). I brought it to the dealership's attention and gave them the opportunity to make it right. They stated that they still gave me a fair deal and declined to help out with the engine or the headlamp. Very disappointing. I would not recommend making a purchase from Olsen's Outdoor Power.
