We just moved back from Indiana. Let me tell you folks something, you may think the prices are high but depending on who you are and where you are from people may have a difference of opinion. We lived here but moved back to Indiana, when we were there this was the one place that we missed the most. No other store like it from where we come from. I thought it was well organized. Dont like the no tag no sale thing but it is what it is.
It seems their quality of clothes has declined but I still like to check it out.
Lots of clothing to look through. Usually has a nice selection of furniture.
I called on Sat. to confirm the hours of the store, and the manager answered with an attitude, not very professional at all. The store used to be well organized, clean, had a lot of cute things..I could always find something for myself there. Not sure who was the manager before, but the manager used to buy brand new clothes in a bundle for cheap and turn around and sell them in the store along with items that people donated. Now, the store is a mess, not organized at all! There were so many clothes crammed into the womans top section nobody could look to find anything, I also found stained shirts as well. My husband found mostly stained and ripped jeans in the mens section..apparently the nice ladies that we were used to seeing no longer work there and I can see why. Please bring the store the way it used to be! I guess I'll be looking for a new place to shop.
The store is spacious and fairly well organized. Unfortunately, clothing prices seem to be going up there. Other items are reasonable, but clothing seems to be more expensive then other Salvation Armies. Still cheap depending on your budget.
