Received a damaged Otter Box case. US Cellular would not replace it because this store is a merchant store, I can't drive the 150 miles round to exchange it. Received no help transferring contacts etc. The store did not tell me that anything they sell is not warranted because it is a independent store. Don't buy ANYTHING from them at all!
Cassidi is awesome she came in on her day off to set my husband and I up with us cellular and she did everything fast and answered all my questions!! She knows her stuff and is very friendly!! She will be my go to if we ever have any problems!!
